The 17th annual Philadelphia Film Festival kicks off this thursday, April 3rd and runs to Tuesday, April 15th. You can catch flicks at six different spots. In University City The Bridge and The International House. Center City at the Prince Theater. Also catch films at the Ritz East and Ritz Five in Old City.
