The Philadelphia Rock Paper Scissors City League will be having an off season event tonight at Bob and Barbara's. Sign up is at 7:30pm and competitive RPS starts around 8pm. There is a $3 sign up fee and the winner and the runner up split the money. There is also a $20 prize for the street RPS winner. That's six specials!!! What you know about street RPS???
